Description

 

            The model 720SP-LCD is an extension of Touchstone Technology’s successful 720 series of products.  The standard 720 enclosure has been modified to house a 16-character liquid crystal display.  The keypad is a membrane type, which allows the unit to be fully sealed.  The graphic overlay of the keypad can be custom printed for a unique look.

 

An important feature of the 720SP-LCD is the built in microcontroller that allows the 720SP-LCD to process user input before sending it back to the host.  This off-loads some of the user-input requirements from the host.  Our United States based development team is happy to consult with customers in order to customize the programming to meet specific requirements.  The electronics/keypad module used in the 720SP-LCD is also available as a standalone product (without the case)
