Description

 

            The Model 516B is an updated version of the very popular Model 516 keypad.  The same ultra-reliable keypad and enclosure were used, with internal electronics modified to support newer interface types.   One of the unique new features of the Model 516B is the ability to pass through a standard PS/2 keyboard to a USB connection.

 

Many major airlines use this keypad in their call centers and consider it a key productivity tool.  A “floater” keypad allows operators to use multiple hand positions, avoiding repetitive motion disorders.

 

            Like all Touchstone Technology keypad products, the Model 516B is made in the United States and special features such as logos or custom printed keycaps can be quickly added.
